Our live charity auction on February 25 was a smashing success thanks to our participants! We truly appreciate everything you do and the love you show our community. We also had the help of The Soroptimist Club of Santa Clarita, who was kind enough to host the event. Thanks to the generosity of all involved, we raised a whopping $5100! The funds that we raised together will be applied to two charities.
Dream It, Be It
This charity helps local girls obtain the career support that young girls need to become successful and happy adults. Santa Clarita Valley girls are selected to attend a conference where they can benefit from many resources, like:
– Mentoring sessions
– Professional role models
– Career education
– Resources to reach the stars
Live Your Dream Awards
This charity is for women who provide the main source of financial support for their families. Aid is given to help these women improve their skills, education and employment prospects. This year’s recipient is Amber. She has a 3-month-old daughter and is continuing her college degree.
The top bidder in our charity auction is receiving a complimentary consultation to customize and plan their new, beautiful smile. The winner’s smile makeover may include digital smile planning, X-rays, teeth whitening, teeth cleaning, white dental bonding, porcelain veneers or crowns, a removable denture, and a nightguard.
